Sales Professionals

LICENSING, TRAINING & CONTINUING EDUCATION
We pay for 100% of all licensing, sales training, and continuing education costs. We also frequently host in-office continuing education classes, because we want to make sure our Advisors get as much education as they need.

 

ADVISOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Our program provides a structured process for our Advisors by measuring accountability, compensation, mentoring and support. We want to make sure expectations are clearly communicated and that our advisors are set up for maximum success. This includes a Business Development Plan, Technical Training, TexCap Mentoring, Sales Coaching, and Pipeline & Activity Reporting.

COMPREHENSIVE MENTORING
New Insurance Advisors attend weekly meetings with their manager to discuss progress and strategies for professional development. They also receive mentoring not just from their assigned mentor, but from several other veteran Advisors, giving them a chance to see different approaches to the business.

 

ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL GROWTH DEVELOPMENT
With tenure and career growth, TexCap Advisors are eligible to receive reimbursement for further industry-related credentials, such as their CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist), or CPRM (Certified Personal Risk Manager.)

Client Service Professionals

LICENSING, TRAINING & CONTINUING EDUCATION
We pay for 100% of all licensing, sales training, and continuing education costs. We also frequently host in-office continuing education classes, because we want to make sure our Client Service Professionals get as much education as they need.

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND
TexCap has multiple Practices, including Small and Large Business, Personal, Private Clients, Employee Benefits, Life Insurance, and Bonding. If you have a particular background or skill set, please let us know in the comment section when filling out the Career Interest Form below.

ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL GROWTH DEVELOPMENT
With tenure and career growth, TexCap Client Service Professionals are eligible to receive educational reimbursement for seeking and obtaining further industry-related credentials, such as their PLCS (Personal Lines Coverage Specialist), CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist), ACSR (Accredited Customer Service Representative), and CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative.)

 

JOB FUNCTIONS
Your TexCap Service Team includes a Client Manager, Client Service Representative, Claims Coordinator, and Certificates Specialist. TexCap has room for all types of roles within our various Practices, and we are always taking applications for those who are interested in beginning their journey with TexCap Insurance.

401(k)

TexCap provides a 401(K) savings plan in which they will match a percentage of the employee’s contributions. An employee is fully vested in his or her own contributions immediately and entitled to the contributions regardless of the length of employment.

Time Off

Having a personal and work life balance is important to not only being a productive team member but to having a whole, fulfilling life. At TexCap, it’s important to us that our people have that balance, so all employees start with several days of paid time off and paid holidays per calendar year. The amount of paid time off increases with tenure.

The flexibility of our PTO, provided drinks and occasional lunches, the early leave days and 7 hour work schedule are all valuable benefits to me as an employee. I have a family at home, and this flexibility affords me the opportunity to spend time with my family or take care of other personal needs.
